GOOD FRIDAY 6th APR 2007

Went to church yesterday at Newtown. Sat in the choir line. And follow the mass quietly.
My feelings were mixed up (was gonna cry, happy, anxious?!, sad, etc), they blended up into one when the first hymn was sung THE SERVANT's SONG. This is the only Good Fri song's that im really into. I even asked for the music sheet when it first sung in 2002 from T. Lucia. and She gave me that time and i still keep it tll know.

The mass went bit quicker than previous years. Still we needed to go to the front to pray and give our respect to the cross and then had a communion, but they cut it short on i think either Homily or Second reading (there was no second reading yesterday, it just jumped to the gospel).

The mass was held for about 1 hr. Coz at 4pm, we finsihed and just waiting for our turn to 'kiss' the cross!
Mami Alice was there too yesterday!! HELLO.....!! eheh nice to see her AT LAST!
Then at around 5pm We started practicing the songs or hymns for EASTER. Incl. this year's biggest song for easter CLIMB EVERY MOUNTAIN.
The unusual thing about this song is, the song has got three different parts. Part I - Angels Vox
Part II - Youth
Part III - Choir + Angels Vox + Youth
Thats interesting. And the song's got lots of music influences, from classic style, RnB, Gospel, Soul! Not easy to sing (thats whats Kak Niko said earlier), and three of us has never taken our time to get together to practice this song. What happens is that we practice by ourselves, or sometimes i meet Caecil to practice together or i call Valent to practice together on the phone. Thats what we do for this song. We take a risk really!

After practicing (6pm), we decided to go to DIXON for dinner with mudika. Greg, Fabian, Bayu, Martin, Adolf, Vera, Caecil (she didnt go there actually eheh), Alice, Valent, Denise, Greg's sist, etc. We sat on the separate tables.

At around 8pm, we went to karaoke CROWN ehehhe...met even more mudika's members there. So the room was full, it was like 15 or 20 people in the room. WOW! thats huge. We had fun there, singing, talks, and stuff.
The place 's not quite our style. We didnt really wanna go there, but its becoz they invited us, then we thought we'd give it a go and spend couple of hours.

Its funny that there's a guy named S****N, yang narsisnya jauh menandingi gue...hahaha i thought im nuttin' compared to him in regard to being narcist! eheh...tuh teman2...aku narsisnya mah masih kelas rendah...ehehe!

Finally at 10pm, after i sang LONELY NO MORE (Rob Thom), we went home coz its getting tooo late for Vera.
We did our farewell together and then jumped outta the room and caught train home! ehehe

My day was full...but lots of fun!
