Temanku, Vera.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin strip
1 cup sour cream
1 can beef broth
2 cups mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups whole wheat egg noodles
Directions
Brown sirloin strips and mushrooms in heated olive oil. When meat is browned and mushrooms are soft, add beef broth and egg noodes. Cook for 10 minutes. Add sourcream and cook until warm, aboutr 5-10 minutes.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
ingredients
2 cups chilled heavy cream
4 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
7 oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped
Garnish: lightly sweetened whipped cream
Special equipment: an instant-read thermometer
PREPARATIONS
Heat 3/4 cup cream in a 1-quart heavy saucepan until hot.
Whisk together yolks, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a metal bowl until combined well, then add hot cream in a slow stream, whisking until combined.
Transfer mixture to saucepan and cook over moderately low heat, stirring constantly, until it registers 160°F on thermometer.
Pour custard through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl and stir in vanilla.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or a metal bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or in a glass bowl in a microwave at 50 percent power 3 to 5 minutes), stirring frequently. Whisk custard into chocolate until smooth, then cool.
Beat remaining 1 1/4 cups cream in a bowl with an electric mixer until it just holds stiff peaks. Whisk one fourth of cream into chocolate custard to lighten, then fold in remaining cream gently but thoroughly.
Spoon mousse into 8 (6-ounce) stemmed glasses or ramekins and chill, covered, at least 6 hours. Let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes before serving.
Cooks' notes:
• Mousse can be chilled up to 1 day.
• To vary the flavor, you can replace the 1 teaspoon vanilla with 2 teaspoons instant-espresso powder (dissolve it in the hot cream) or 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or 2 tablespoons Cognac (either one whisked into strained custard).
Dari gourmet, 2002.

I'm actually amazed that you could make chocolate mousse from sirloin strip (-.-") ahahahaha. makanya jangan ngopi resep dari internet mulu, katanya mau ditulis resepnya setelah gue pulang.
obviously i used mashed potatoes instead of noodles for the stroganoff, you cheater *geleng2 kepala*
lol...tau aja....you know what? it really illustrates that i gak biasa nyontek sih, jadi sekali nya nyontek, langsung salah deh ngopy nya LOL
Iya nih, soalnya aku takut kelupaan, itu aja udah terlalu lama, baru buatnya kemarin di rumah Donny abis ke AROMA FESTIVAL.
Tapi ingat kok.
Potatoes di rebus dulu di atas air
Abis gitu di mashed
Nah untuk saucenya
Sour cream
di campur air
di campur yang jerup lime itu
plus hmmm kayaknya bawang deh
and merica
Abis gitu dagingnya di rebus yang sebelumnya udah di lumuri merica
Nah tinggal di campur aja tuh daging and sauce nya yang yummy
UNTUK CHOCO MOUSSE nya...
Dark chocolate
direbus
abis gitu campur sama cream
abis gitu telur yang kuningnya itu
abis gitu kocok putihnya sampai agak kering and campurin deh
lalu di aduk and masukkin kulkas for at least 15 mins
SIAP DIHIDANGKAN
Selamat mencoba
