Who'd ever thought that Im survived another year in my life, living on my own here in Melbourne, no family, with new business that im in now....IM SURVIVED!!! thats why I'd like to call myself a survivor!

January 2009 - Started / joined UNIAIR CARGO MELBOURNE
February 2009 - Finally got my car delivered from USA (Dodge Journey 2009 R/T)
March 2009 - Finally settled in with my job and my life in Melbourne

April 2009 - Went to Sydney for Easter, and sung with Angels Vox (We're the reason @CIC Newtown). Tragedy Leichardt....(Part I). Went to Perth for Holiday.

Aug 2009 - Sick (Gallstone). Got it removed at the Clayton Hospital. The scariest moment in my life....!!! Happened 2am in the morning, went to hospital 8am, surgery 2 days later, got out from Hospital 3 days later. Told mum and dad in Indo 2 days later.
Went to Sydney for 5th time (Donny's birthday and Joyce bday)
Sept 2009 - Dad went to visit us in Melb for 2 weeks
Went to Sydney for 6th time with Dad to visit Caecil
Moved from Mt Waverley to Brunswick and met my 3 angels on earth (Nay, Nin, and Ing)
Oct 2009 - Adolf's bday!!
Nov 2009 - Caecil's and Dad's birthday. Tragedy "PP"
Dec 2009 - Went to Sydney for 7th time in this year (Xmas time). Tragedy "PP"

Conclusions and Learning experience:
We never know what the future holds, so stay focussed!
Keep it up with your hard working, Adolf!!
Dont look back.....My life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets!!! I just need to love those people who're nice to me and forgive those ones who are not. If there's any chance, take it!! If that changes your life, BE IT!!!
No one says life would be that easy, but it's worth it!

Stay close to your family....and last but not least, BE REAL and HONEST with your money, Mr!!!! Stop shopping and start saving!

THREE MONTHS IN MELBOURNE

OMG...OMG...OMG....It's been three months already since i made one of my biggest movement in my life, which's from Syd - Melb for work...:)

I love Melbourne, and heheheh its not too early for me that i say, i even HAVE FALLEN for this city. Melbourne is sooo meee.....all the nice people, nice fashions, nice foods, beautiful city lights, the buildings, the European structure, the luxury stuff all in here....AND THOSE ARE THE ONES that i value in my life:)

So yea, i guess i made a right decision when i said "YES, I wanted to take this job and move to Melb"

One thing that is still not compatible with me is that the WEATHER....OMG...whats wrong with the weather here in Melb:( I always get sick EVERY MONTH:( coz my body couldnt stand the weather here:( what am i supposed to do now????

Apart from that, yea, i have made some good friends here, Indonesians and locals...and have learnt some more new stuffs in my life thru my friends and my experiences three months in here.

I have met some nice people that became friends of mine since we first met which's a good sign, that also means that im eventually accepted here in Melb. You know what there're some differences that i have learnt between Sydney peepz and Melbourne peepz... People are alot nicer here and calm, they value honesty and very relaxed/laid back whereas in Sydney they're all hurry and all is about money money money...:) HEre's not.

Here's more of multicultural city, NO RACISM (well at least LEZ than Sydney). The driver here is more regular, they stick to the regulation whereas in Sydney...hmmmm dont ask:(....BUT strange is....in terms of driving, Melb driver are alot more impatient than Syd:(

Hahahha...funny enuff

Anyways...all good so far on my side...:)
I still miss my friends and family in Sydney. Sydney is still kinda my hometown but eventually im gonna make Melbourne as my hometown:)

TWO MONTHS BECOME ENTERPRENEUR

Hello all,
Im back again, blogging. Finding time for myself is not that hard these days, despite my loads of stuff to do, i can still sneak out for a bit for some fun:)

Im enjoying my new unexpected carreer with all of its ups and downs that are still so little compared to those big names in this business, but yea I still have got plenty of time to develop my carreer, to live and to learn. And i cant wait for all to happen:)

I havent made lots of money these days as im still settling, but ONCE im well settle in, then it all will pay off! Again, CANT wait to it to happen.

Something new inside in my heart that have been effecting my life these days is that i find that im now ready for a girl....meaning im now ready for a healthy and a nice relationship with a nice lady. Dad, mum and Cil know this thing from me and they have been supportive and a lil' bit too care for me in finding the right girl...and i keep saying "Thats ok, i know what i want and i have a taste too in girl, so i wont be just random" And they 're like "Ok...i trust ya choice"

So now...start looking for one but NOT actively as that thing is not on the top of my priority as yet.

ADOLFUS 2009

Hopefully its not too late to say HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009 to all bloggers...:) I moved to Melb 28/12/2008, nearly 2 mths already now...

I feel, this year, i entered another stage in my life. I have become another Adolfus...not completely different than who i was but, these days i feel like im more of an improvisation of the old Adolfus. I started by changing my name who i believe that can change myself to become a better person, smarted, tougher and bigger man!

In this 2 months i stepped out of the cage where i used to live before, i have learnt and done lots of things that i thought i wouldnt never be able to do and have change to do it, i.e: im an enterpreneur (young one/junior), i bought a nice luxury car in my 25yo, i have dealt with lots of big men in the business, i hit a good sales rating and customer service ratings in my company, i did make big mistakes and was in a few arguments with some people and i wasnt scared at all!! instead it gained my confidence and made me more of an upfront person...

Those stuffs are interesting yet a bit of a quick learning process...and yea i do feel its all happened at once and so quick and i didnt even have time to prepare it (?!?!)

But thank goodnez, i think all was just a part of my transitions

Now, i have become an enterpreneur and do business on my own, lots of things, lots of travelling, lots of meeting up with new people....i guess thats all i have always wanted to do...

Now, its all up to me if i still want to proceed these things by keep improving myself and the business on my own way...

We will see how i end up at the end of the year:)

Hampir telat, karena masih banyak yang mesti di urus pagi2. Plus aku malamnya langsung masuk2 in barang ke koper (4 koper) tanpa ingat2 barang ini ada di koper mana.

Jadi dompet, mobile phone ga tau ada di mana....

Di pesawat (Sydney Airport 28th Dec 08)...
Bingung...pas mau lepas landas, diperingatkan MOBILE and other electronical devices have to be switched off during flight. Aku bingung....karena ga tau mobile nya ada di mana...:( and deg2 an takutnya tiba2 bunyi aja...Ah tapi tenang aja lah...mau bagiamana lagi....?

Pesawat sekitar 5 mins tiba lebih awal dari jadwal
Aku langsung dijemput Ines di airport...and pergi ke gereja langsung...di city:) sama ko Budhi (suaminya Ines) and Adriel (anaknya Ines)

Makan siang sebentar sehabis gereja and aku belanja2...abis gitu...langsung deh ke rumah baru di Mt Waverley, VIC 3149 ketemu dengan flatmates baru orang2 Srilanka...:) hehehe

PRE - MOVING TO MELBOURNE 23 - 27th Dec 08

Sebenarnya banyak yang shocked dengan kabar pindahnya Jorgen Adolfus Sekawago from Syd - Melb. Memang sih ini terkesan di tutup2i, tapi sebenarnya tidak lah...bagi teman2 atau orang2 yang sudah kenal Jorgen AKA Adolfus, ini sih lagu lama, karena memang dari dulu aku bukan type orang yang kalau ada kabar besar ttg pribadi suka gembar2or, instead, aku keep it till last minute kinda thing and announce it to everyone. Its just me!

Ok sebenarnya tawaran Melb job sudah ada dari bulan Sept, thats why i went to Melb 5 hari (company paid for it) just to have a look ang give me a bit of an idea about what the city like, hows life in Melb, hows work in Melb, living cost, etc. Altho i have been to Melb several times, but its just for different purposes.

September, setelah negotiate about what the company deals and all of that, akhirnya saya putuskan untuk menerima pekerjaan ini. UNIAIR CARGO MARKETING SERVICES Pty Ltd (MELB) and saya menjadi Service Area Manager for Victoria.

Senang banget sih dapat kesempatan langka ini. Enaknya yaitu saya sudah tahu orang2 di company ini sebelumnya karena pernah bekerja selama 4.5 thn di Sydney dengan company yang sama, saya sudah tahu culture dari company ini, and kita mempunya visi and misi yang sama. Jadi its a go a head for me apart from financial stuff too.

Company di SODEXHo juga shocked dengan kabar leavingnya Adolfus yang baru kerja di sana 2.5bulan saja, tapi mau di apakan lagi?? Hari terakhirku tgl 23 Dec 08 dengan SODEXHO, tapi aku tidak datang and siangnya, teman dari Sodexho kirim message bahwa managernya sudah belikan CAKE perpisahan buat aku tapi aku ga datang, akhirnya mereka pesta perppisahan aku tanpa my attendance! CRaZy!

Aku sibuk banget dengan pindahan ini karena:
1. Aku masih harus urus barang2 pindahan nyokap (Mum went back to Indo 15th Dec)
2. Aku harus disconnect semua utilities di Regents Park (apt di Sydney)
3. Aku harus urus barang2 pindahan ku sendiri
4. Toko2 and company2 banyak yang closed karena its xmas time
5. Aku harus urusan contract dengan real estate agent di sydney
6. Aku harus urusan contract dengan real estate agent di Melbourne
7. Masih harus re-sign contract dengan Uniair Cargo di Sydney
8. Plus last but not least, undangan perpisahan dengan teman2 GEREJA, ALICISM, TEMAN UNI, TEMAN PUBs/CLubs, and Teman gereja local
9. Belum lagi acara natal keluarga dengan Caecil and Peter

Bayangkan hanya tinggal 5 hari saja till i gotta go to Melb from 23th - 27th.

24th Xmas eve at Caecil's place (siang2 nya sih) and abis gitu malamnya pergi ke Xmas Mass di St Mary's Cathedral with Cil and Donny...jam 12am Mass...wah choirnya bagus sekali kek Libera...

25th Packing2 and met some friends, including makan late malam di City Extra Parramatta bersama Julianne and Kurniawan, lalu malamnya nginap di rumah Donny

26th Boxing day shopping at Bondi Westfield jam 9am with Caecil and Donny. I was surprised as there're not many people as i would have imagined that day. Not so many at all!! Oh well, i bought 2 pairs of shirts from Industrie and a short one too...Cil bought sound system for her beloved hubby

27th Pagi kirim barang nyokap ke Epping, lalu ke Lenny di Artarmon untuk perpisahan, sehabis itu, sore nya ke Hurricane, perpisahan dengan teman Uni...

Jam 6 sudah jalan, sempatkan diri ke rumah Sergio di Regents Park untuk drop in little xmas gift di depan rumahnya. Abis gitu langsung ke bandara....

Gimana kabarnya?? pasti sudah sampai and siap2 lagi untuk bekerja mencari sesuap nasi and SEGENGGAM berlian...:)

Thank you ya pap for the past 10 days...we have had a real good fun....and thank you for being you!!!

Tadi siang setelah antar papa ke airport...kita berempat dengan Caecil and Peter, sempat di traktir sama Peter di South Junior club makan steak...:) wah senang sekali. Setelah itu pulang and mama packing2 sampai jam 11 malam plus pamitan sama teman2 mama lewat telp and tante Rollin juga, Rata2 semua nangis di telp.

Yah begitulah, kita ber 5 memang orang baik sih. Jadi pasti selalu di kangenin sama teman2.

Selamat bekerja lagi ya. Jangan lupa jemput mumsky hari Senin jam 4.15 WIB , pesawat GA409 from Denpasar.

Ingat...

Kita ber 5 adalah survivor and we are ALL the champion....karena kita semua bisa mengatasi masa2 sulit dengan baik and berhasil menempuh perlombaan sampai ke garis FINISH....kita bertiga dulu di sydney harus benar2 berjuang untuk hidup...bekerja, belajar dan berdoa. Sometimes kita gagal dalam pekerjaan, dalam pelajaran, and tergoda dalam iman...tapi yang papa harus tahu...kita bertiga (and 4 with PETER) tidak mau larut dalam kesedihan dalam kegagalan....tapi mencoba bangkit dan berdiri untuk mengejar kekalahan. Those trials and tribulances have made each of us such as a TOUGH person and that has built our mentality...

Ibaratnya misalnya kita lomba lari....kebanyakan orang sudah letih dan capai di tengah jalan and tidak mampu lagi melanjutkan perlombaan sampai ke garis finish and mereka menyerah kalah di tengah2 perlombaan...tapi kita ber 5 TIDAK MENYERAH BEGITU SAJA, and terus berusaha untuk bisa mencapai ke garis finish dengan baik tanpa menghalalkan segala cara, tetap ikut the rules!...WELL DONE TO ALL OF US (give a round of applause to each of us!!)

Sekarang perlombaan larinya sudah selesai and kita masih harus ikut perlombaan lainnya lagi...dalam hal ber karir, and ber keluarga....and kita nanti harus jadi pemenang lagi next time!!!

ANGELS VOX 2008 - FINALE

Hello teman2...
Ini sudah hampir di penghujung tahun 2008....Angels Vox tahun ini sudah 7 yrs !!!

Waktu yang tidak mudah untuk bisa tetap menjaga nama baik group yang selalu di sebut2sebagai "THE BEST INDONESIAN SINGING GROUP" for Indo community in Syd.

Kita started when semuanya masih belasan tahun, even Caecil waktu itu masih 18-19 tahun!! hanya berdasarkan modal "HOBBY BERNYANYI" akhirnya Angels Vox bisa terus memikat hati orang2 di gereja ataupun di luar gereja CIC.

Angels Vox pada tahun 2007 sempat mendapat penghargaan dari UPF (Universal of Peace Federation) sebagai best performance untuk acara UPF 2007 di Parramatta.

Banyak yang tanya apakah kita akan buat CD or something. Jawabnya : Ada kemungkinan tapi tidak tahu kapan!

3 minggu lalu setelah kira2 10 bulan tidak nyanyi bersama karena kesibukan masing2, lalu tiba2 Angels Vox tampil lagi di CIC untuk terakhir kalinya di tahun 2008. Membawakan lagu BURUNG PIPIT and THANK YOU LORD, semuanya accapella dengan arrangement yang benar2 beda dari sebelum2nya. Kini kita lebih menampilkan kualitas suara, lagu dan arrangement. Kalau dulu2 kita suka lagu yang pop, rnb, jedak jeduk, tapi sekarang lebih ke ballad dengan very strong gospel influences and also soul.

Adolf akan pindah ke Melbourne untuk pursuing his career for awhile. Jadi untuk sementara, Angels Vox akan mundur dulu dari public sampai waktu yang belum ditentukan. Tapi aku yakin, masing2 individual punya bakat music yang luar biasa and akan terus bernyanyi tanpa Adolf.

Kita bertiga punya keyakinan, kalian mungkin saja ada another Sari, ada another Caecil, ataupun akan ada another Adolfus. BUT, we're pretty sure tidak akan ada another ANGELS VOX!! Karena begitu kita bertiga (Sari, Cil and Adolf)nyanyi, seakan ada 'mojo' nya and membuat hati orang bahagia mendengar harmony suara kita bertiga.

GOOD LUCK TEMAN2!!! I LOVE YA!!!

- Sari paling tinggi badannya also paling tinggi suaranya diantara kita bertiga
- Caecil paling pendek badannya also paling rendah suaranya diantara kita bertiga

- Caecil akan melanjutkan kuliah di Notre Damme university February 2009
- Adolf akan kerja di Melbourne , starts Jan 2009

- Adolf suka lupa diri kalau lagi nyanyi, karena dia think dia is the best diantara kita bertiga, jadi dia suka agak kebawa show off nya kalau nyanyi dengan nada2 yang suka di liuk2an (well thats what sari said the other day!)

- Angels Vox latihan at least sampai jam 12 malam untuk tampil 2 kali seminggu dari jam 6an

I think i should give another shout out to the Lord for giving me another chance to live. Really, Im excited that im alive, God's blessed me to be here for another year. Umm when i look back in the flesh, that i have got friends who didnt make it...to see another year like me....

You know im so happy that i live my life, i got love from my friends and family. Im now 25yo, still young as well as mature enough to decide what i want to do in my life.

Always thank God for what he's done to me personally. He seems like to always give me for what i want doesnt matter how many times i have hurt Him in the past....but he always bless me and guide me through my life.

Recently i got accepted in this huge company. In fact its' the biggest FOREIGN company in USA. It's originally founded in France. Now they have 6,500 people throughout Australia and NZ and 332,000 people worldwide.

Its name is SODEXHO. So yea, i am SODEXHO!

NEver imagined that my career progresses smoothly, slowly but surely. Now im one of the co-ordinator for WESTPAC property for WHOLE Australia.

I talk to client professionally, i manage the order and make sure all the branches, ATMs and Coorporate buildings are well maintained. Sometimes i have to go to the site to have a look whats in there.

The place where i work is great. We are in the team of 8 and we are all YOUNGISH people but also SMART and proud to be a PerfECT individual in the team.

Sometimes the client are SH*T but thats how we handle ourselves and make sure we are controlling ourselves NOT someone else controlling us.

Overall, im so glad to be part of this generous company that has a very good working environment, good company culture and prospect! I think i should be able to go along the way with this company *finger crossed*

If i look other people, i always think im one of those luckiest people as there are so many people are struggling to get into a professional job working environment, BUT me, it clearly is all beyond my power.....Thanks Mr JC....

FAREWELL with DHL SSE 23/09/08

Just so surprised about how many response i got on my last day with DHL....So many people wrote in my card till there's no space left, one big cake, plus PIZZA!....Presents from some friends and from DHL. Service Centre Manager nya juga ikut kasih kata sambutan and tungguin sampai partynya selesai...WAH...bukan main...

But they can't make the hard decision and they come back with two cars: one that introduces a newer, 'softer' look; the other almost a caricature of past product -- penned as if it's been put in the dryer and shrunk. The former will probably gain you new customers, the other will ensure you retain those whose hearts and minds you already influence.

So which one do you build? In the case of Jeep… Both!

Enter the subject of this launch drive, the second road-oriented Jeep softroader and sistership to Compass, the 'seriously Jeep' Patriot.

In Jeep parlance the Patriot is Jeep 'Classic' to the Compass' Jeep 'Modern'. Classic translates as more traditional styling -- harder edges, a more upright windscreen and seven-slot grille, a clamshell bonnet and signature round headlamps.

Looking like a cross between an old-style Cherokee and a pumped up Subaru Forester, the Patriot debuted in the USA earlier this year. Now it's our turn, with international markets including Australia getting their first drive of the softroader in Oregon on the US West Coast last week.

For this tester it was very much a case of déjà vu. To state the obvious, the Patriot sounds, feels and performs just like its 'twin under the panels,' the Compass. Indeed, save for the sheet metal and 'top hat', the two are all but identical -- same mechanicals, same interior execution (even down the 'compass point' details on the instruments), H-points (seating positions), critical dimensions and so on.

In fact, the main differentiating USP (unique selling proposition) between the Compass and Patriot -- the availability of an optional 'Trail Rated' offroad pack on the latter -- is not offered outside the USA. Not yet anyway (see below).

The Carsales Network reviewed the Compass at its launch back in March. Rather than regurgitate chapter and verse in this First Drive of the Patriot, we suggest interested parties should click here to learn more about the Compass. Do a find/change on the model name and read away -- the cars really are identical in terms of performance.
Back then we were pleasantly surprised with the softroader's overall manners across a range of roads in Tassie's wild west. We were particularly taken with the turbodiesel/six-speed manual version.

Using that same 2.0-litre DOHC 16-valve powerplant, the turbodiesel was (not surprisingly) also the pick of the Patriots -- this time across a range of roads in Oregon's wild west.

Not only is the VW-sourced turbodiesel frugal -- Jeep claims 6.7lt/100km (0.2lt thirstier than the Compass thanks to that more upright 'Classic' styling) -- but the 103kW powerplant's 310Nm of torque gives the wee Jeep the sort of muscular midrange you'd normal attribute to a medium-sized petrol six.

As is the case with the Compass, the 125kW petrol 2.4-litre 'World Engine' is adequate rather than inspiring. The engine is refined and features variable valve timing for a salt lake flat power curve but it's close to 30 per cent less torquey than its diesel equivalent and it shows.

It showed on the steep fire trails we traversed in the tall timbered Oregonian mountains where the oiler would happily lug up quite steep sections in third gear. The petrol needed second, more throttle and more revs. On the open road, the TDI was quiet and delivered flexible overtaking urge.

It also showed its mettle on the expansive sand dune test area Jeep laid on for the Patriot launch. Here among the ATVs, sand rails and motocross bikes, with the sole pre-prep being dropping the tyres to around 16psi and the Jeep's Freedom Drive I all-wheel drive system in Lock mode, the Patriot proved quite capable.

Yes, we got it stuck -- by deliberately doing all the wrong things with four onboard on a steep, deep sand section -- but equally we managed to extract ourselves without too much fuss. Adventurous Patriot/Compass drivers take note, however: you need to 'extinguish' the traction control each and every time you restart the car -- a pain when you stall a couple of times while trying to unbog yourself.

In this going again the diesel proved to be the pick, even deep power-sapping sand found it hard to pull it 'off the pipe.'

Both wheel travel and clearance are always going to be the limiting factor on softroaders and the Patriot is no exception -- it'll arrive Down Under in exactly the same trim as the Compass. And it's here where we think Jeep may have missed the boat with the new entrant.

As noted above, US buyers can opt for a 'Trail Rated' version of the Patriot. And we reckon that could be just the thing the doctor ordered locally -- not only in terms of differentiating Patriot from Compass, but also in attracting new blood to the Jeep brand.

Priced as a modest $US750 upgrade, the Offroad Pack delivers a (slightly) harder edge to the softroader.

Only available on the petrol/CVT combination, the option pack features revised (lower) gearing for the CVT transmission, more aggressive and higher-profile tyres and a handy 25-30mm suspension lift. Also included in the upgrade are beefier lower rear control arms, full underbody protection, tow hooks and upgrades to the Patriot's transmission cooler, radiator and alternator.

Jeep says around 10 per cent of US Patriot buyers are opting for the offroad pack which also includes recalibrated software for the Freedom Drive I all-wheel drive system as well as Hill Start and Hill Descent functions. We reckon it could account for a much higher percentage Down Under -- especially as the most capable of the current crop of compact softroaders, Nissan's X-TRAIL, is about to arrive in a new version that isn't so… err.. compact.

For the time being, when the Patriot arrives in August, Aussie buyers will only be able to choose from Sport or Limited versions -- a la Compass.

The Sport boasts body colour grille and fascia and can be picked thanks to black door handles and roof rails. Power windows and mirrors, aircon, cruise control, 17-inch alloy wheels (with full-size steel spare for Oz), front and rear foglamps and keyless entry and alarm are all expected to be standard on the Oz spec car.

We're picking Jeep Australia will also include it's 'Yes Essentials' stain and mildew resistant cloth for seat facings as per the Compass. And if the Compass is anything to go by, the Limited will likely add leather heated seats, better audio and perhaps 18-inch wheels and tyres.

Safety features such as ESP and the above mentioned traction control and front and curtain airbags will be included on both models.

The full specifications and pricing of each version are yet to be confirmed but Jeep Australia staffers say, spec-for-spec, the Patriot will undercut the Compass by between $1000-1200.

Weekend lalu tanggal 31/8/08 kita berempat akhirnya get together and pergi ber 'wisata' ke gunung biru yang di Inggriskan to be BLUE MOUNTAINS.

Berangkat dari Sydney jam 1.30AM, Adolf menjadi 'supir' as usual harus pick up beloved friend Donny from Kenso...and then jam 2.50AM sudah harus pick up Bu Alice yang pagi2 buta sudah sibuk dengan TAS RANSEL nya and bawa JUICE, SNACKS and tak lupa KOPI buatan nyokapnya yang memang sudah dipersiapkan buat kita berempat dalam perjalanan.

Nyokap nya Alice sempat bangun and nganterin Alice sampai pintu unitnya...aku bisa lihat dari dalam mobil and nyokap Alice sempat berpesan pada Alice "Hati2 yah!! Ingat, JANGAN CENGINGISAN....nanti bahaya sambil nyetir!!" hahahah...sedep banget di dengernya.

And perjalanan yang agak rintik2 di pagi itu harus dilanjutkan dengan ke NORTH ROCKS, apa lagi kalau bukan ke rumah Tante Vera....

Tumben VEra sudah bangun and muka nya ga kusut, instead dia pakai pakaian rapih dengan jacket super tebal and sepatu bootnya yang gue paling demen (i wish it was available for mens too)

Ok...hujan makin deras, itu kira2 jam 3.50AM...and perjalanan mulai deh ke arah BLUE MOUNTAIN....

Di dalam mobil kita belum terlalu ramai, hanya dengerin music (CD) and ngobrol masing2.

Sekitar jam 5.15am kita sampai di Blue Mountain and bingung mau ke mana nih...?? JEnolan or Katoomba?
Akhirnya kita ke arah Katoomba karena Jenolan was fairly too far!
Di sini lah mulai deh petuah Ibu nya Alice di tanggalkan and kita mulai BERISIK dengan ketawa ketiwi yang super gila....biasa kalau sudah ada Alice and Adolf....= RUSUH!

Padahal di dalam mobil loh BO...*banci moDE ON*

Anyway...jangan gembira dulu karena...kita ke sana bertujuan untuk MELIHAT MATAHARI TERBIT!! Tapi sedih nya karena hujan rintik2 and MENDUNG jadi mataharinya ga muncul2...

Akhirnya kita sempat bete..tapi the journey must go on, alrite! Nah kita pergi deh ke Three Sisters...and di sana sudah sekitar jam 5.45am tapi Tetap...kita ga bisa turun dari mobil karena HUJAN!!!

Ya sudah di dalam mobil aja, mereka2 yang lain ada yang ke kamar mandi lah...ada yang keluar sebentar cari udara segar...and sesudah itu balik lagi ke mobil untuk ngobrol and becanda becindi lagi (LOL)

Sekitar 40 mins di dalam mobil ,tampaknya teman2 sudah kelaparan, perlu makan pagi sekitar jam 7an deh...ya sudah kita muter2 di sekitar katoomba, cari restaurant yang kebetulan banyak yang tutup due to public holiday (it was Sunday tho), and also too early.

Yang buka hanya beberapa reto and kita masuk ke sebuah restaurant yang lumayan sepi hanya kita sendiri....ga lama kita masuk, mulai deh tamu2 yang lain berdatangan....

Kita makan pagi deh, ada yang pesan soup of the day, salad, quiche, ada juga yang hanya minum....

Sambil makan, seperti tradisi Alicism2 yang sebelumnya, perlu ada kue tart karena sekalian merayakan ultah Donny yang ke 15 ...:p

Jadi aku and Donny stay di restaurant itu, sementara Alice and Vera sneaked out to buy the cake and put it in the boot and then they came back to us to the resto.

Oh well...singkat cerita, perjalanan di lanjutkan ke Scenic World di mana kita mesti bayar 19 dollar per person untuk menjelajahi alam indah di scenic world itu. Kita naik kereta merah yang terjal itu, and waktu turun dari kereta, ternyata dompet Prada ku itu came out from my jeans pocket without me noticed it. Lucky Donny had it and they kerjain aku dengan bilang2 ke aku kalau dompetnya HILANG!!!

OMG...nakal!

Anyway untuk menyingkat waktu akhirnya mereka ngaku sendiri kalau dompetnya lg ada sama Vera karena Donny yang temukan waktu aku turun dari kereta. THANKS!!! otherwise i wouldnt have been able to drive you guys back HOMe! karena licence nya di dalam dompet.

Penjelajahan itu lumayan seru and capai yet very refreshing!

Kita makan siang jam 2pm di resto chinesse yang juga sepi , di situ lah kita rayakan ultah Donny.

Seru and ramai deh biasa ALICISM....

Anyway sudah sore and kita harus pulang....

Wisata seharian itu asyik banget , sudah lama juga ga ngumpul...Sayang sekali Amel and Cil ga bisa join.

I guess we are not as heboh as we used to be like...but it just means that we're in our comfort zone in terms of this friendship things...we're very comfy with each other and we've become more like bro's and sist's so, no need to formally say things like happy birthday/ hi/how r u/ etc...Well we can still say that but if we dont, it doesnt mean that we literally have forgotten about us, its all here inside in our heart.

If we look at the past and compare it with what or who we are now...It's totally different. Each of us has grown up incredibly. We are doing what we like doing at the moment and we are persuing our individual career and love *ahem*

In our leisure time, we still try our best to get together for talks or lunch or somethin' although its so difficult considering we have very tight and busy schedule ourselves. But we still maintain close contact.

And im sure when we're settled in with our personal life, we will get together more often...

This year, the THREE AWESOME havent got together for singing...but we have always wanted to, its just as a matter of time....
Our life hasnt allowed us to get together as a group at the moment due to our personal schedule.

Its funny that we email each other and always on the bottom line we say MISS SINGING WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN...

Moreover, i dont just miss singing, but its actually the process from choosing song before we 're on the stage, arranging the harmony, the choreograph which me and sari always never agree and against each other, the wake up early in the morning and go to practice till night...

And the dressing room mess up...hehehe

All of those things that make me thing that somethin' is missing...

Oh well...we will get back together again eventually...

Supposed to go out with proper ALICISM, but last night Alice told me that she only could make it after 4pm...DOOOHH...

Cut the story short, we went out without Alice, instead, my mum joined us to Chatswood for YUM CHA @ Kam Fook Resto. But when we got there around 2.45, they're close for the day and just preparing for DINNER where they will serve it from 5.30pm.

*Sighs*
Mum wasnt feeling well that time...and she looks awful anyway...i think its becoz she hadnt had anything since 8am

Well, we're here for late lunch so we gotta go and find a restaurant, then we went in there (KOREAN RESTO) and just "TUCKED IN"...it was a nice food but not my fave ...wouldnt go there agen'...

Anyway...its good to meet Vera and Cil...

We had a nice rainy Sunday together...

Went to church at Wynyard at 8pm mass...and back to the airport for the car.
On the way back, we're having HAIL in the city...wow...!!

Anyways...im so exhausted...had a full on weekend and now im gonna have a rest..and start working and saving more money for next time! heheh

Went to Macquarie Shopping Centre at 10.30am with mum and Grace. I liked it there coz this shopping centre provide free parking (all day, anytime...) and it has lots of shops inside...plus some nice restaurants...also CINEMA...what a package!!

Wish i lived in that area...

Anyway...had a shopping and lunch in there 'till about 1pm and went to Lidcombe, dropped off Grace in there...
Lunch in a nice yummy Japz resto..and i ate 7 plates of train sushi as an ENTREE...plus huge MAIN...
So full afterwards (offcourse!)

And the 'journey' continued...
We (me and mum) went to Roselands...bought some stuffs...

Dooohhh...
Went to visit Ian for a bit, and came home around 5.30pm, had a shower, got changed, trying to look and smell nice...

Mum went to her friend's place at Marrickville, and i went to Parramatta with Donny for a late dinner...

Ewww...
What a "full of wasting' day".....but still heaps of fun!

Its been long time since i did this (i.e huge shopping ) last time...

Came home around 1am...which is "NOT SO BAD" but ....driving around for more than 12 hours non stop is not a good idea i guess...

SO, PLEASE....ALL MY FRIENDS....!!! BE ABLE TO DRIVE ,PLEASE...and LET ME SIT AT THE PASSENGER SEAT....

Now im done with all of the assignments, tasks, exam.

Had a final exam last Saturday 5th Jul 2008. And i think i did well...Hopefully i can score another High Distintions in this semester.

Thanks to all friends who have worked together in my assignments through the course, thanks to Prof Paul, Shilpa (dont worry about the receipts anymore hehehe and dont worry about annoying calls anymore heheh), thanks to Indogals 2008 and all other ones that left out ...LOVE YA...And good luck with your next stages in life, whether its a marriage, works, another studies, etc...GOOD LUCK!

A WALLET FOUND 20.06.08 ~ AMAZING STORY

As you guys (my close friends and fam) know, that i lost my wallet 6th June 2008 on my way to work in the morning around 10am.
And i realised that about 30 mins later so, its about 10.30ish.

I remember last time i saw the wallet when i paid for the cab on my way to work, and after that....no idea.

So on my way back home around 10.30am, was going to take out my wallet from my pocket, there's nothing there, and i tried to look in my bag, nothing.

I was hoping that i was dreaming that time. But i wasnt!
So i caught a cab home , it cost me around 50 bucks.

Oh ya, was lucky that i didnt hv cash in my wallet, but the thing is My LICENCE!
Ewww...

So yea, i reported it to the police and i was counting day by day and waitin' for a call or news that someone's found my wallet or at least my driving licence.

Coz 21st June i gotta go singing in Chatswood for a healing mass.

I managed to get a driver on that day but they cost too much and not worth it. Second thought was to cancel the singing, third thought was to go there by train, four thought was to keep on driving without licence (doooh!)

Final thought was to go back to Jakarta for 4 days just to get my licence.

Dad didnt agree with the final one and we had a bit of argue about that one.

Grrr...but i was so close to cancel the singing, but i think its for church...why should i cancel it....?? why dont i just get someone to pick me up from somewhere and drop me off home. I would do that if i had a car, i would love to pick up people that need a ride and dont mind dropping them off. And i was expecting the same from other people.

Ok to cut the story short, on the 20th June in the morning, i went for a job interview. And i got home around 11am. And its only 1 day to go before i sing in Chatswood and i couldnt just cancel it like that coz it would've been a very short notice if i did cancel it.

So yea just surrender and let see what's gonna happen , thats what i thought.

Not long after that , i got a phone call from my uni that a taxi drive found my wallet in his taxi and its got my uni ID card thats why he called up the uni.

And i called back the taxi company and they said yes its there and all the contents 're there too. How mad is that huh?!?!?

Its something that i wouldnt think that could possible happen....after 2 weeks lost my wallet and just 1 day before i need to use one of the contents (licence), then i got back my wallet.

Do you guys see the point here? NO?

Ok i was gonna say that you guys have to have FAITH in Christ. He 's always there for you no matter who you are and where u guys are. He 's always there to help you and he never comes late nor he comes too early, JUST RIGHT IN TIME.

Its so funny how things turned up without even expected by us.

Mumsky sih sudah bilang berkali - kali : "Ganti deh tuh dompet sebelum hilang, terlalu keciiiiiilllllllll!!!"

Tapi kali ini hilang bukannya terlalu kecil, tapi memang ceroboh. Karena aku ingat waktu itu sempat keluarin dompet, ambil uang buat bayar taxi. And setelah itulah aku ga tau dompetnya ke mana.

Bisa jadi itu dompet jatuh di dalam taxi, atau jatuh di perjalanan dari taxi ke tempat kerja, atau jatuh di dalam tempat kerja.

Ahhh sudah lah. Lucky i didnt have any cash inside, i lost all the cards, incl my student card. The worst story 's SIM ku yang jadi korban, and now i dont know if i can get my license back without me having to go to Indo or no.

The weird thing is that this happened on Fri morning, on Thurs nite, i was just talking to my friends at work. I told them i am to buy a designer label wallet. I want something small and nice.

And then this thing happened the next day after i talked about it and it really made me buy a wallet very very soon.

Thank you for existing, at least in my life!

Aku mau cerita aja akhir2 ini aku rasa senang banget karena sudah mau selesai study.
Di samping itu bingung juga, karena yang tadinya aku pikir "the long awaited time for all of the excitement is nearly ended" which's my graduation time and the end of my course!.

But its actually not true at all. Karena setelah habis, justru masih banyak lagi PAGES di dalam hidup yang aku mesti buka lagi.

Masih ada PR process yang cukup melelahkan, dari IELTS test, Medical Check up, Waiting time yang phenomenal!, sampai urusan2 document yang cukup memakan waktu, energy and pikiran.

Belum lagi mesti cari kerjaan yang sesuai dengan what i have learnt at uni. Full time! Itu juga sangat makes me worry in terms of making a right decision for everything. And im gonna have to do it on my own. Offcourse!

Tapi, its ok, i realise its part of the journey in my life. And im gonna start to think ITS GONNA BE FUN!

We will all see where i end up! can wait to it.

Belum lagi di tempat kerja ku yang sekarang, ada 2 'binatang' yang selalu menghantui aku and membuat suasana di kerjaan terasa mencekam! and membara *wedeh*.

Again, its part of my life that i have to go through and we will see WHO the TRUE SURVIVOR is!

I just dont wanna be surrounded by those people in my life. I have to cut these things out. Its just not gonna get us anywhere, believe me.

OK...setelah 2 semester berturut berhasil mendapat predikat student dengan hasil tertinggi for all time at HOLMES.

Sekarang giliran aku cerita.
Ini by the way sdh jam 12am , aku baru selesai ini itu.

Besok (Sabtu, 19th April) aku akan concert.
Well ini sih acara Harmony Day.
Nanti ada tarian INDIA, orang2 Indian yang nari, lalu ada tari dari Russia, orang2 Russia yang nari, lalu choir nya kensington juga nyanyi, lalu Debbie dkk akan nari, and

Feli dari Kensington solo , Adolf solo, Monik solo, Poppy solo, Caecil and Valent backing vocal.

Acara nya akan gede banget. Di Sir John Clancy Auditorium yang berkapasitas 900 orang duduk and BER - AC. Gedung ini biasanya digunakan oleh artist2 Indonesia yang concert di Sydney pasti di gedung ini, dulu AB THREE, TiTik PUSPA, PUNAKAWAN, DELON, AUDI, etc semuanya pernah concert di sini.

Aku kali ini menanggapi dengan sangat jauh lebih serius dari performance2 yang lalu, karena aku pikir, aku sudah nyanyi di Australia sejak 2001, and sudah 7 tahunan masak begitu2 saja....makanya kali ini aku rasa aku ingin menunjukkan keseriusan aku di bidang nyanyi.

Aku kali kesempatan ini ingin sekali memposisikan diriku sebagai salah satu penyanyi Indonesia yang di Sydney yang berbakat and punya suatu yang bisa ditawarkan sebagai seorang penyanyi, dengan character vocal yang unique apalagi untuk MALE VOICE bisa 4 1/4 octaves range in FULL VOICE...dengan character vocal SOUL and RnB yang mendominasi suaraku.

Pintar mengaransir lagu, and mengimprovisasi sebuah lagu itulah suatu kelebihan yang bisa dikatakan tidak banyak orang memiliki. Bukan sombong, tapi hanya sebagai awal langkah memposisikan diri di public, yaitu MENYADARI kelebihan and kekurangan diri sendiri.

Kalau memang pernah lihat aku tampil di Sydney, lagu2 yang aku bawakan tidak akan pernah sama dengan lagu aslinya, selalu berubah, and walaupun juga aku membawakan lagu yang sama di tempat yang berbeda beda, cara menyanyikan nya pasti juga di rubah, and gaya nyanyi and beberapa nadanya pasti aku ubah, itu juga salah satu lagi dari kelebihan ku.

Kali ini, persiapan mental and materi yang diperlukan yaitu 2 bulan, dari pemilihan lagu, arrangement, tarian, baju2, etc.

Dalam 2 bulan, aku diet ketat, dan olah raga tiap hari, tanya Mama deh...pasti jarang lewat untuk olah raga. Ini diperlukan untuk menguruskan badan supaya tidak terlihat terlalu 'bulat' di panggung and juga untuk stamina yang kuat, karena kali ini aku akan lebih full nari sambil nyanyi at the same time.
Diperlukan badan yang benar2 FIT!

Alhasil, beratku turun 6 kgs dari February 2008 - April 2008 ini.

Minggu lalu , aku dan seorang teman, pergi belanja baju di Westfield Bondi Junction.
Ukuran baju ku yang dulunya MEDIUM to LARGE, sekarang 2 sizes down yaitu XTRA SMALL to SMALL.
AKu juga terkejut pada hari yang sama, aku beli celana untuk keperluan pentas ini, biasanya aku pakai 34, ini sekarang aku bisa beli celana dengan ukuran 30 !!!

Aku latihan olah vocal and dancing hampir tiap hari....

and today 18th April 2008, its my SILENCE DAY, which means, aku tidak berbicara kepada siapa pun dari tadi pagi waktu bangun tidur, sampai malam ini pulang kantor. Karena aku mau rest up my voice for tomorrow, karena ada 2 lagu yang aku nyanyikan perlu nada2 yang super tinggi.

di tempat kerja ku DHL, teman2 dan boss2 have been very supportive and most of them know that im a singer. And i told one of my boss yesterday that today i wont be able to talk to anyone during my work, as i need to rest my voice for tomorrow.

And yes, today orang2 di kerjaan sangaatttttt mengerti bahwa aku tidak bisa ngobrol and jawab pertanyaan apa pun ...pokoknya hanya diam and lakukan kerjaan yang tidak membutuhkan BICARA pada siapa pun.

Untuk celebrating hari kemenangan ku untuk berhasil mengambil suatu keputusan , akhirnya aku ikut join teman2 dari DHL merayakan ultahnya si imager itu di St Peters, Southern Croz Hotel.

Tapi sebelumnya aku, Angel, Grace, Donny pergi makan di Resto KOREAN BBQ all you can eat di Hurstville!! So fun! and yummy juga tuh masakannya.

Abis gitu jam 9.30pm aku jemput Lilly and kita ber 5 bareng2 ke tempat ultahnya teman ku...

Selesai jam 12.30 aku pulang deh soalnya minggu nya masih ada acara lagi....

wah wah wah...

Minggu lalu benar2 membuat capai and lelah ...
Bayangkan, aku dihadapkan dengan 2 masalah yang di mana aku harus memutuskan suatu yang terbaik...

Di mana itu masalah sensitive sekali, and aku ga terlalu bisa bicara dengan banyak orang eventho untuk tukar pikiran, even dengan kakak sendiri.

OMG,...was about to go crazy....karena kalau salah pilih keputusan yah hancur semuanya deh...

Cuma, aku hanya tenangkan pikiran, istirahat, and benar2 berdoa and mencoba menganalisis suatu dengan baik...

Akhirnya, thank God semuanya teratasi hari Sabtu....
and i think i made a very good decision on both!

Im use Sydney buses on a regular basis. Mon - Fri to work. I guess, nothing wrong with Sydney buses in fact Sydney buses's one of the world's best transportation.

Recently i got annoyed by some one (its a Lady) she gets on the bus at Campsie to Bondi (400) around 3pm, as soon as she jumps on the bus, she talks to the bus driver along the way.

I can tell that they know each other. But hey, dont you read the BIG SIGN up above the driver seat saying "Please do not talk to the drive while bus is on the move" Dooohhhh....

Also yesterday, another bus driver that i was in, he's asian (so what?) and he's driving the bus very roughly and at least 4 people that i saw on the road gave him a "mid finger in the air" to him becoz either he nearly hit them while they're crossing on the pedestrian cross, or when he's turning (right or left) the rear wheels always touch the kerb. And in some occassion he suddenly put on brake. And the students who were to get off, said "STUPID DRIVER!"

Whats wrong with him!?!!

The worst, there's an Indian guy was sitting at the back of my seat, he sneeezed! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STUPID GUY..."COver UP your mouth when you sneezed!!! I dont need to be covered with your sulliva on my way to work! " BL**DY HELL!

Last night when i was waiting for the bus from the airport, another Indian guys. They're sitting next to me, waiting for the bus too.
One of them was smoking and he blew the smoke towards me while he's talking to his friend. And i looked at him and said with my angry / upset face "Can you just NOT smoke in here, pls?" Lucky the guy's ok with it and he even said sorry, but i was too upset to accept his sorry. Anyway, he put off the cigarette.

Been busy with the Assignment....in fact that one of the assignments for my summer semester, got 19.8 out of 20, and never happened in the history of HOLMES INSTITUTES....now they 're gonna send it down to Melb to have an investigation.... (it sounds so serious to me) hope nothings' bad gonna happen *cross fingers*

Apart from that, yea, been working as well....

Also been arranging some songs for this HArmony DAY in April, with the live band. This time, its only Adolf...WITHOUT ANGELS VOX.
And im so scared, i gotta re arrange that song (SAJOJO Med. SING SING SING BATU MANIKAM) and Medley ME LOVE by Sean Kingston.
So yea, been going to Studio lately to have those songs done by next week so that the band can start rehearsal by next week.
Im also looking for 3 background dancers ( GIRLS) with height no more than 165cms coz im 168cms, with the prop weight as well...

COFFS HARBOUR TRIP 2008

Left for Coffs Harbour 26/01/08 at 11.30pm.
Bought 2 dozen of KRISPY KREME at the Sydney Airport before we went up the coast.

Rest up in Kempsey for a bit , had a drink, toilet and stuff around 2.30am.
Touched the Coffsey around 6am and hit the cafe (for breakky).

After 1 hr in the cafe, had a chit chat, we headed to the BIG BANANA, thats what this city is famous for.
HAd lots of fun there, also including TOBOGGAN ride hehehehe...

Checked in the MOTEL around 10am. HAd a shower and slept! till about 1ish, then went out to have lunch, and BEACH TIME!!!! Nude beach ofcourse, thats in DIGGERS beach, 30 mins from the MOTEL.

Hanging there till about 5 ish (geez, long time!) and went back to the Motel....and hit the sack! for about 2 hrs, then had a shower, and ready for PUBS time.

We went to the SSS restaurant (one of the best in town), had this huge portion of LAMB (ribs), that i couldnt finish them all...

Ashamely, we couldnt make it to pub or bar as Donny's just a bit unwell, so we decided to go back to the Motel and spent the rest of the night in there.

The next morning before we went back to Syd, gotta pass the PORT MACQUARIE, andwe realised that we shoulda stayed in there and spend most of the time in PORT MAC instead of in Coffsey, coz' PORT MAC got more things and place to visit....and more fun, and more.....hmmm MORE!!!!!! everything's much better than the dreadful city of Coffs Hbr.

We went to a nice beach that i couldnt recall what the name was, but it sure was a beautiful beach, and we had a relaxing time in there with fish and chips in our hands hehehe...

Time went by so quick and we're there for 2 days full...we gotta go back to Syd before the sun went down...

So good to get away from Syd for a bit, had a relaxing time, loosing up a bit and yea, we definately gotta go back to PORT MAC sometime soon...

MITSUBISHI LANCER 2007

Whenever we have chance to get away from Sydney, we always rent a car (hire) from a company called BUDGET.
Being an employ at DHL, i get a special deal with this company, so, its great value for money and enjoyment.

2 hari lalu, untuk long weekend, we decided to head off to Coffs Harbour for 2 days.
Its 7 hour drive from Syd.

This time, we had an opportunity to hire a special new car MITSUBISHI LANCER. Its supposed to be for people over 25yo. BUt hehehe....they let me hire this one.

This car 's great. It has cruise control that i used all the time, and great A/C System, Audio?? hmmm i would rate it 11 out of 10 (!?!?!?!) too good!!! And the transmission's awesome!

Really liked it!
And i would say that this's the greatest car that we have ever rented.

:)

Oh by the way, its' an economic car too!! 1L for 13.6kms!
VEry rare you would find this kind of car these days.

Memasuki hari ke 26 di tahun 2008 ini, lumayan deh, kerjaan doing well, socialising lumayan ok, better than before, and kuliah juga ok.

Aku mau siap2 berangkat malam ini ke Coffs Harbour and balik lagi tanggal 28 malam.

Semestinya Angels Vox nyanyi buat acara Australian Day di Toongabee hari ini, tapi CAecil lagi off jadi kita cancelled.

Tapi nanti will be back for WYD Charity bulan May, and Adolf bakalan nyanyi di Harmony Day sendiri, its' gonna be huger than ever, karena mau pakai background dancer, and lagunya Medley lagi lagu daerah and english!! hahaha

Selama kurang lebih 1 tahun ini, aku sebenarnya been trying to explore my 'other' side, which is BEING A NUDIST.

It's not all about sex, but it's just the way you accept your body, get close to the nature, etc.

Jadi, selama kurang lebih 1 tahun belakangan ini, aku mencoba untuk NUDE whenever i can, kebanyakan sih di kamar kalau lagi gak ada orang di rumah, which is JARANG BANGET.

Aku punya se group, group nudist, yaitu orang2 yang suka banget sama nudist.
Kita hanya ber-4 and offcourse, im the only ASIAN, karena terus terang saja, ini mungkin bukan budaya kita orang ASIA.

Teman2 ku dalam hal ini Craig 26yo guy, Tom 24yo, Wilson 29yo.
Again gue yang paling muda.
Dari 3 orang itu,Craig and Tom been knowing each other for long time before i met them. Wilson?? hmmm i dont really know about this guy, but i think he's great!

Tom and i been friends since we met for the 1st time.
Tom itu anak diplomat yang berpusat di ACT (canberra), well bapaknya sekarang tugasnya jadi diplomat di Brunnei.

Aku dan Tom itu cocok karena kita sama2 muda, and suka ketawa, punya educational background yang ok (By the way, Tom itu Honours untuk psychology loh....hehehe) and gue kagum banget sama such a young guy yang suka sekali sama anak2, bayangkan di umur segitu, Tom ngajar Kindergarten, yang kalau gue lagi ngobrol sama dia, dia suka cerita, "Dolf, i have beaten so many times by those children, etc...but you know what, Children is FUN!!"

Sayang sekali girlfriendnya Tom based in ACT, jadi mereka cuma punya waktu ketemu weekend. Karena Tom tinggal di Sydney at the moment.

Anyways, after such a long time waiting while ive also been trying to build up my confidence, akhirnya tanggal 24/01/08 aku dan Tom pergi ke Nude Beach di Mosman, called COBBLER BEACH....

And aku harus nude di depan orang banyak...
Itu suatu hal yang crazy yang ga pernah terbayangkan untuk di lakukan sebelumnya.
Tapi aku bulatkan tekad untuk mencoba hal ini....

Siang itu, ada sekitar 30 orang (again i was the only asian) and mereka semua dengan santainya NUDE duduk di tepi pantai, berjemur, atau berenang, ada yang juga yang lari2an.

Cobbler beach is mixed beach, where as ada yang lain lagi namanya Obelisk, La Perouse, and Lady Bay beach itu kita ga mau pergi ke sana, karena kebanyakan yang pergi ke sana adalah gay ,and in this case none of us are gay, so Cobbler lah yang cocok.

Sampai di situ, kita langsung beraksi , buka baju and berjemur. Tom langsung berenang, sedangkan aku hanya mau berjemur saja telanjang semuanya.
Karena aku ga ada rencana untuk berenang, karena sorenya abis dari situ, langsung ke KANTOR, kerja!

Tom wanted me to swim....aku mau banget, tapi agak ragu untuk harus jalan melalui orang2 itu and aku pikir PASTI pandangan orang2 itu ke aku....

And aku pikir, HEY WE're AT THE BEACH, ngapain juga kalau ga berenang, then i thought i'd just give it ago, and aku sama Tom nyebur deh ke pantai, berenang...
and Tom bilang "Dolf!!! FINALLY you DID IT!!! Congratulations!! Im proud of ya!"

And aku juga lagi ga percaya juga but YEAH I DID IT...

Enak banget nude di pantai, karena aku ngerasa pEACE banget and so relaxing, benar2 atmosphernya enak, and aku bakalan pergi ke sana lagi SOON, next week may b,sama Tom lagi. (oh by the way, Tom been doin this since he's 12yo) he 's a nut case!!! ehehheeh

Sayang sekali aku ga ada photonya, but next time ill try to take a pict.
Oh iya, di sana aku pikir aku akan horny ngeliat orang2 cewek telanjang gitu2 lah, tapi YAY!!! semua pikiran itu HILANG pas kita udah di sana and kita realised, bahwa ini bukan hal sex, tapi ini adalah NATURIST, menyatu dengan alam and accepting your body.

Tapi ya ada juga sih dikit mau horny, tapi aku bilang dalam hati "Oh, no no, dont do it now" i told it to my penis!!! heheheh

Oh iya, pulangnya aku ceritakan semua itu ke nyokap, yang baru pulang dari NEW CALEDONIA 3 hari lalu sama teman2nya. Aku bilang bahwa aku pergi ke nude beach and aku ceritakan ttg apa yang terjadi, ADUH nyokap shocked, tapi gak marah, cuma menurut dia itu taboo and dia gak terlalu tertarik mendengar cerita aku...tapi aku convinced dia bahwa ini bukan hal SEX, tapi ini NATURIST....tetap aja dia muka nya dingin, tapi tidak marah, cuma tidak tertarik aja denger nya hahahahaha

Di sisi lain, ini membuat aku untuk terus menjaga bentuk badan supaya lebih percaya diri kalau bentuk badannya ok, gak perlu ok2 banget, but at least gak KLEWER2 hehehe alias GENDUTD

Ini mungkin sebagai salah satu 'hadiah' tahun baru.
Ingat ga LAPTOP APPLE PUTIH ku itu??? yang banyak berjasa baik dalam hal kuliah, love, pengetahuan ini itu, atau juga dalam hal komunikasi sama teman and keluaraga.

Aku beli laptop itu dengan hasil 'keringat sendiri' tahun 2003. Seharga $2,500.
Cukup mahal pada waktu itu, kenapa mesti APPLE?

Well, aku jug kurang begitu tahu, tapi waktu itu aku lagi iseng2 aja ke broadway, ga ada plan untuk beli LAPTOP, eh, pas lihat laptop putih itu, langsung jatuh cinta, and BANG!! Beli deh langsung tanpa ba bi bu be bo lagi.

Tau2nya banyak banget function nya di Laptop itu, and i dont think by the time im writing this blog, i got to explore or enjoy all the functions, simply becoz its just too many .....

I would say thats one of the greatest laptop.

Aku banyak karang lagu di situ....
Banyak buat musiknya juga di situ....
Banyak record lagu di situ....
Ada sekitar 500 picts yang aku simpan di situ...
Ada some of assignments di situ dan other surat berharga
Ada sekitar 150 website bookmarks, untuk website2 yang sering aku kunjungi

dan sayangnya, SAYA TIDAK MEM BACK UP semua itu.

Tiba2, malam 'naas' itu, LAPTOP ku ga mau hidup atau ga mau log in under any name.
And besoknya aku bawa ke APPLE SERVICE CENTRE. Dengan membayar AUD$75.00 hanya untuk DI LIHAT SAJA tanpa di betulkan. And aku harus tunggu 10 hari untuk dengar kabar hasil 'penglihatan' mereka.

10 hari kemudian.........

DI KABARKAN bahwa, LAPTOP ku HD nya MATI and it's gonna cost me AUD$700 to repair, and they suggested that it'd be better to buy a new one.

Ya sudah deh gue bete, sedih, and marah. KEnapa ga gue back up semua data and foto2, terutama LAGU2 ITU lohhhhhhhhhhhhhh arrrrhhhhhhhh

Mau beli laptop baru, belum bisa lagi, karena lagi banyak pengeluaran.
Akhirnya 1 minggu di rumah tanpa laptop and internet, thats the worst feeling!

Sementara ini, Caecil pinjamin laptopnya 2 minggu sampai dia balik dari VIETNAM, and abis gitu aku ga ada laptop lagi...sampai bulan APRIL tunggu laptop dari HOLMES COLLEGE.

Tapi lumayan lah, laptop Caecil ini juga membantu aku menyelesaikan ASSIGNMENT summer semester ini.

Makanya teman2, lain kali harus BACK UP DATA2nya deh, jangan menyesal kek gini...:(

Benar2 enggak kerasa deh tahun 2007 ini sudah tinggal 2 hari lagi....
Banyak banget kenangan and berkat dari yang DI ATAS untuk kita sekeluarga terutama pada aku sendiri....

Tapi di sini lain, ini tahun adalah tahun yang palin parah untuk aku sebagai manusia. Aku paling tidak bermoral, paling jahat, paling ancur, paling berdosa dari tahun2 sebelumnya.
Sementara di sini lain, yang DI ATAS kasih berkat yang berkelimpahan , seperti nilai2 ujian yang bagus2 terus setiap semesternya, lalu dapat kerjaan di perusahan bagus and permanent pula, orang tua yang gak pernah habis support moriil maupun materiil, and kakak yang baiiiiiiiiiiiiikkkkkkkkkkkk banget , last butnt least, kakak ipar yang semakin sayang ....
ALSO dari MARCH - JUNE 2007 Adolf sudah LOST WEIGHT 8 kgs....hmmm dari 75kgs and sekarang mentok di 67kgs!

Untuk kehidupan socialku,....benar2 PARAH!

Anyways, ini sudah yang terparah seumur hidup, ga mau lagi. And aku harap menjadi orang 'normal' bahkan lebih 'normal' dari yang 'pernah normal' nanti di tahun 2008.

WORKING SO HARD WHILE WE'RE YOUNG and DONT HAVE LIFE, But WE CAN AFFORD DIAMONDS, LEXUS, ETC when we're in our 60s from the money that we have saved during our "yongies" and also from the superannuation...

Working not too hard, have a balance in life, and when we're old we still can achieve normal house, normal car....

Yes, we are nearly at the end of the 2007....yay!!
My life's been flat out these days, busy with Angels Vox, Exams, Assignments, Works....almost havent had a social life.
Lucky i know something called MSN or CELL PHONE that keep me uptodate with whats my friends are up to or whats my family been up to lately.

Had some issues at work, not related to me directly, but i have lost two of my good friends at work. They have just resigned! Almost at the same time. Kelly and Helen! Two of those bestest admin at the DHL...doooohhhhhhh

As well as Marion, is leaving the company too on 7th. Im like, why them??? why does that happen when the friendship is starting to build....

Anyways, i have to keep on going. Thats what they said. With or without them...

Oh yes, last week, i had 2 exams. I didnt think i did well on the exams. Dont know why...but i just didnt think i did my best in the exam. I hope ill pass.

My dad's been cranky about the phone call, and demanding me to call him...call him...and call him...the thing is whenever im free, he's not, and vice versa.

What else, oh yea, last week after last exam, we had a family dinner in Kingsford. My sister's mother in law came down from Ballina for 2 days. And thats when i met her for the first time.

Its me, my sister, peter, mum, bonn, margie, felicity, warren, dave, sean....i think its about 10 people there. We had a fantastic dinner and family gathering. And im happy to finally meet my sister's mum in law, she's lovely and im proud to call her mum too!! Glad to know that i now have two families!! YAY!!!

Angels Vox also has been very busy these days with singing....last time we sang for WYD fund raising in Newtown along with other performers such as: Kenso Band, The Kenda's, Children Liturgy, PDMKK Vocal Group, etc...pokoknya dari seluruh CIC...

Anyways, cant wait till 2008!~

Kata orang, kita harus istirahat at least 6 jam sehari. Kalau bisa 7 jam sehari itu PERFECT.
Seminggu kemarin aku tidurnya 4 jam sehari selama 6 harian....
Jadi Senin kemarin sampai selasa ini, aku tidurnya kira2 11 jam sehari, mengejar ketinggalan yang minggu lalu.

And aku rasa sudah cukup now, and badan terasa sudah mulai normal....setelah kemarin under big pressures.

Besok sudah bisa tidur 7 jam lagi deh seperti biasa....

Its always like that for a week. It means that i only had a sleep for 4 hrs a day for 5 days. DOOOOOOHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to do all at once.
It worked quiet well actually, but i kinda missed a bit here and there, and now im glad all's done!

All the efforts paid off on Sat night we received an award as an OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE. Its one of the most wonderful moment in our career as THE ANGELS' VOX.

Now im all over it, and need to go back in reality, living my life and focussed on the exams that come in 2 weeks time.
PS: One of those picture, appear bersama PAK CONSULATE GENERAL OF RI in SYDNEY (i forgot what his name is) but it was his first time to see our performance, and he came up to me on the backstage and congratulate us and said "OH my gosh, you're our pride!! I cant wait to see you guys sing again!!!"

ANGELS' VOX's PROFILE FOR UPF 27th OCT 2007

The trio of strong Gospel and Pop singers, The Angels’ Vox, is one of the most well respected singing group that the Indonesian Community in Sydney have. Formed in 2001 with the original member, brother and sister: Adolfus Sekawago and Caecilia Maria, they kicked off the crowd by performing Go Tell It on The Mountain which has an incredible harmony of the voices. Later in 2002, Sari Blenkinsopp joins the group and since then, they start the threesome THE ANGELS’ VOX, meaning, The Voice of Angels. They sing for the festivals, wedding, Christmas Party, and other events as well.

What makes this group different is that the individual member has strong voice, each of us also have all had superlative solo achievements in music and as a result we that collectively and on our own, we are what modern singing group is meant to sound, feel and like.

With Sari has mezzo-soprano incredible voice, Caecilia has one of the best alto singer that we have, and Adolfus sings Baritone, we provide a good harmony sound that blend smoothly when we sing as a group.

We see past as a guide to our potential and seize the future with the most compelling music of our career. In short, the harmony of the voice is what we are all about

We sometimes combine the Singing and dancing as well, but we know that we are better at singing as we are all singers, not dancers.

Our music encompasses a wide array of sonic influences from the lush or orchestration of Philly soul to club-savvy crank to contemporary gospel. Vocally the group looked to the R&B and Pop singers for the inspiration. When it comes to the harmonies and arrangements, we really challenged ourselves and did things we have never done before.

One of the biggest challenges come in the form of our group is that the arrangement and we want to prove to everyone that the group contains both male and females DOES WORK. Because, many mixed singing group (male and female) struggle in the arrangement due to different ranges of vocal, but with us, That’s NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. We are all good at arranging the songs and we know what our ranges are, so the arrangement can still be good to hear.

We decided to ‘break’ after our last performance in 2006, and just got back together last month and now we’re back with better performance, we still deliver good and creative arrangement and breath new fire into the worlds of contemporary pop, R&B and gospel music.

Berangkat dari airport sewa mobil jam 10.15 malam, setelah itu harus balik ke rumah Donny untuk ambil barang2 Donny and temanin dia dinner...walaupun sebelumnya aku sudah dinner sama Caecil di Ayam Goreng 99.

Mobilnya lumayan keren, Corolla 2007. Yang aku dapatnya murah banget karena mereka ada special deals sama DHL.
Malam itu perjalanan ke Olympic Park tempat Vera kerja, jam 11.30pm, selama perjalanan ada angin taufan yang kencang banget, aku lihat sampah2 berterbangan sepanjang perjalanan, dahan2 pohon pada jatuh semua, batu kecil kena ke mobil2, and palang2 jalanan bisa terbang, padahal mereka terbuat dari besi loh, wah takut banget kalau2 kena ke mobil, karena itu mobil sewa'an and masih baru pula.
Kalau lagi jalan, mobilnya bisa limbung kena angin itu, and tiang2 lampu merah pada goyang2 kencang. Whats wrong?

Akhirnya sampai di tempat Vera kerja di Homebush jam 12.10am, jemput Vera, aku lihat dia jalannya aja sudah miring kira2 20 derajat karena anginnya yang kencang itu...ngeri deh never seen thing like dat before.

Perjalanan ke Port Stephen mulai jam 12.15 dari Homebush. Disertai dengan angin2 itu wah..................wahhhhhh........and Vera tidur di mobil tanpa sabuk pengaman...sementara Donny temani aku selama perjalanan, untuk ngobrol and stuff...Perjalanannya sih lancar, and gelap hehehe tapi anginnya itu yang annoying.

Lalu kita jam 1.30am istirahat sejenak di Ourimbah, free coffee...Udara malam itu sekitar 10 degrees. Dingin.
Kira2 15 mins deh di situ, Vera tetap di mobil karena sudah kecapaian kerja.

Perjalanan di lanjutkan kembali. And kita salah arah, kita malah ke Terrigal, Central Coast. Sekitar 30 mins deh salah arah. Akhirnya balik lagi ke Ourimbah and cari jalan yang tepat.
Ketemu sih.

Sampai di Port Stephen (Nelson Bay) kira jam 3.30am. Vera sudah bangun, kali ini Donny yang repot, dia ngebet banget mau sewa hotel or motel karena dia pingin tidur. Bingung kok gue yang nyetir, mereka yang lelah?

Muter2 Port Stephen, ga ketemu VACANCY hotel or motel or caravan, karena memang penuh semua kota itu.
Akhirnya kita ke Dutchmans Bay, parkir mobil dekat taman, tepi Bay, TIDUR lah mereka di situ, sementara aku mainan mobile phone. Sampai jam 5.15am mataharinya mulai terbit. Aku keluar, photo2 sendiri, Vera and Donny swap tempat, kali ini Donny yang tiduran di kursi belakang, Vera tidur di kursi depan.

Donny tidurnya tight banget.

Jam 5.30am sudah terang banget. Mataharinya sudah tinggi seperti jam 8. Padahal masih pagi banget. Tapi sudah banyak orang lari2 pagi dengan anjing2 yang berbeda.
Orang2 di sana lebih ramah and punya manner daripada orang Sydney yang rough.

Setiap ketemu orang pastiiiiiiiiiiii nyapa.
Beda deh.

Mereka semua masih tidur sampai jam 8.30an baru deh kita muter2 cari info, and makan pagi jam 9.30an di Sidewalk cafe. Prosinya mantab, harganya pas lah.

Lalu mereka ganti baju.
Jam 10an kita baru cari2 kapal untuk lihat Dolphin. Sebenarnya kita inginnya lihat whalenya juga, tapi karena satu dan lain hal, kita hanya ikut cruise yang lihat Dolphin saja.

Sebelum itu makan Ice Cream yang porsinya juga KEREN alias banyak.
Cruise lihat Dolphin selama 2 jam itu lumayan, tapi Dolphinnya yang muncul hanya sedikit....sayang banget tuh mereka gak dapat picts2 yang ok....
Udara siang itu kira 28 derajat, good banget untuk cruising.
Tapi its not bad, at least we enjoyed our time being on the boat.
Ada 'dolphin' gendut juga sih hahaha yang guling2....di jala, lalu orang yang jalannya kayak 'something' di pagi hari itu, hahahah hiburan yang menyegarkan untuk mengawali hari itu...

And hmmmmm apalagi yah, OH IYA, sempat berkunjung ke "Egypt" juga and melihat camels....keren banget...!!

Ada kebakaran...

Sore2nya kita mutar2 lagi and perjalanan ke Port Stephen di tutup dengan makan FISH AND ChIPS di pinggir laut itu NELSON BAY.
Ga afdol kalau ga makan seafoods di Port Stephen.

Lalu balik deh ke Sydney and siap untuk routinitas yang berjubel lagi di Sydney demi sesuap nasi dan segenggam berlian.

Tapi perjalanan kali ini benar2 menurut aku paling FUN, RELAXED, LUCU, and POKOKNYA SERU deh...unforgettable LOOK OUT nya and kejadian2 aneh lainnya yang tidak disengaja.

Aku ngantuk banget and capai banget karena jadi FULL TIME DRIVER selama kurang lebih 20 hours NON STOP nyetirin kawan2ku ini.
Tapi gak apa, semua puas.

Thanks atas semuanya you guys have really made my day!

MEET THE PARENTS 27th SEPT 2007

Orang tuanya Vera and Amel datang berkunjung ke Sydney dalam rangka graduationnya Amel and Vera.
Mereka di sini hanya 2 minggu, well mungkin kedengarannya lumayan lama untuk liburan, but not for us yang harus kerja and kuliah at the same time. Karena waktu ketemuannya cukup cukup limited.

Kebetulan hari itu 27th Sept 07, adalah satu2nya waktu yang tepat untuk semuanya ngumpul ...termasuk aku and nyokap, walaupun aku harus mengorbankan kuliah hari itu, tapi ya ga apa untuk mencapai suatu hal kadang2 kita harus sacrifice something sih.

Pakai mobil Sameer, pagi2 udah bertamu ke rumah Amel Vera di North Rocks sama nyokap.
Wah senang banget ketemu orang tua2 mereka yang super warm ....awal2nya agak kaku sih sama bapaknya Vera and mamanya karena memang belum pernah ketemu.

Eh lama2....kok ngobrol terus ga abis2...and also Ibunya Amel juga udah kayak kenal lamaaaaaaaa banget gitu...
Jadi waktu yang 3 jam itu dihabiskan penuh dengan fun!
Orang tua2 nya juga ngobrolnya nyambung...lucu deh

Senang lah, ini persahabatan adalah menurut aku persahabatan istimewa, karena bukan hanya anak2nya saja yang bersahabat tapi orang tua2 nya juga berteman satu sama lain.

Jadi mereka tahu dengan siapa anak2nya berteman selama ini, and i hope kekhawatiran orang2 tua itu selama ini (if any) jadi berkurang...and we'll see where this friendship leads to and how long it can last for....

Kemarin itu ada suatu miracle yang menurut aku bukan hanya semata2 kebetulan, but its meant to be like that.
Sabtu malam, memang aku pinjam mobil merahnya Caecil untuk latihan di rumah ta. Annie di Narwee. Pada waktu yang sama, Sari juga telp and bilang dia missed the train to city and hence, she's gonna be late.

Ok, since i had the car, i offered her a lift from Lewisham with Caecil's permission ofcourse. And yeah i picked up Sari from Lewisham station and we three went to Narwee together.

Tante Annie wasnt home by the time we arrived. At 6pm. She said she's gonna be home soon....around 7pm. She was at Tante Mena's place, and she met my mum there also. ...

We kept practicing while we're waiting for Tante Annie to come home. Finally, she got there at 7.30ish. And we started to practice from the first song to the last.

All of us tried our best, but it wasnt good enough as we havent been singing for awhile. But at least, it was 75% according to us, but only 50% according to tante Annie. Hahaha...We have lost our unity, and need to reconnect.

Its getting late, we thought we 'd finish the practice. Me and Caecil went home. Oh before that, we offered Sari a lift back to Lewisham, we sorta had a feeling that Sari'd be better off to stay at Lewisham that night after practice, but Sari said that she's staying at her mum's place as tomorrow her mum would drive her to Newtown.
I said ok.

SUNDAY
I was meant to pick up Caecil from her place and go together to Newtown with my mum (coz, i had a car, caecil's car that was) But early in the morning, Caecil phoned me and said dont worry about picking her up as Peter would drive her to Newtown. And i said OK good. It meant that i didnt have to leave early from my place.

But my heart 's saying that i still need to go early to Newtown to set up everything, LAPTOP, CAMERA, KEYBOARD and we all agreed to be there at 11am.

So i left home at 10.10am, usually if i needed to be at Newtown 11am, i could have just left home at 10.45am as it only takes 15 to 20mins from my place drive to Newtown. But then, i decided to go 30 mins early than usual.

When i was driving ....in Burwood, i got an sms from Caecil saying that she's gonna be late, she got caught up in the traffice jam. There's a marathon from City, Oxford, and Harbour bridge. But the traffic 's soo bad and long up to Kingsford. They couldnt do anything about it.

I was like WHAT THE HECK?? and i said to Caecil to get off from the car (Peter's) and walk towards to Todmad Avenue at Kensington about 1 km from where she was. And i would pick her up from there....

And Caecil said ok. She had to walk 1 km or run....with her high heels..
And iwas thinking the way to get her, as i couldnt go to city , my normal way. Lucky i found the way from airport. So we went from behind, another way around, Campsie, Rockdale, Airport and Todman Avenue. Lucky and lucky.

I met Caecil and then Sari smsed me too and said, Adolf Im sorry im gonna be late, mum;'s made me to get train and buses. Arrghh..

And i was like ARGHHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN!!! i couldnt pick her up as we're running out of time, but at least i have saved my sister, so she would be able to lead the singing.

Gosh, things were sooooooo rush....
I got there at CIC JUST INTIME.
its 11.28am. It meant only 2 mins left until the mass to start.

And Sari came after 10 mins we arrived....

Finally, the pieces of us are completed. Ready to sing.
Its a good experience. We sang, it wasnt our best singing, but its good, considering that we're all rushing....

Thanks also to Alice yang mazmurnya OK BANGET!! NGET!! NGET!! and also Vera yang bersedia untuk memainkan SLIDE SLIDE and set up the laptop aand also beraksi dengan camera/handycam barunya....Good stuff, girls!!!

Imagine, that you have Mon-Fri filled up with Uni, Singing Practice, Working at night.
Kayaknya gak kepegang, padahal aku udah coba untuk sempil2 in ...
Tapi memang harus ada yang dikorbankan.
Kali ini adalah giliran mengorbankan kuliah, karena minggu depan Angels Vox tampil, and kerjaan gak bisa di korbankan, ya udah satu2nya yah kuliah.
Dua minggu belakangan ini aku gak masuk kuliah karena aku mesti buat assignment instead of attending the lecture.

Karena waktuku cuma pagi sampai siang saja, and sorenya jam 3.30pm dah harus catch train, and pulang2 udah jam 11pm....and dinner abis gitu langsung tidur...

Jadi yah terpaksa minggu ini SENIN - RABU gak masuk kuliah karena ada 2 assignments due. And plus latihan nyanyi sama Sari...:(

Sudah lama banget enggak nyanyi untuk acara besar, jadi kali ini opportunity yang keren banget untuk nyanyi (Sekalian Pemanasan Suara untuk ANGELS VOX next week), plus reunion sama ALICISM juga. Kalau ga gini gak ketemu2 deh...

Yah jam 12an gitu tadi ngafe di cafe HYDE PARK *namanya lupa* sama VEra and Alice yang datang dengan baju 'pantainya'.
Seru....keren...plus heboh dengan kejadian2 yang aneh, dari salah satu orang yang gak pernah ikut latihan choir, tiba2 datang pas hari H nya, and protest yang bersifat menggurui....

And also ADOLF yang dicancelled on the spot untuk nyanyi Alleluya dari sebelumnya yang di minta last minute untuk replace Sari....Ini kejadian gak bisa dibiarkan terus....its gotta stop! Tante Annie kayaknya TAKE FOR GRANTED dengan pikiran,. OH ADOLF sekali di kasih lagu pasti langsung bisa, jadi gue terus2 an dijadikan 'ban serep', and nanti di batalkan LAST MINUTE di depan orang2 .... Kesannya nanti aku suka2 aja dijadikan ban serep, kayaknya aku harus kali ini ngomong sama Tante Annie deh....and saat nya untuk stand on your own....
DOH!!

Tapi tadi jadinya aku solo responsial salm, and aku cukup puas dengan hasilnya tadi and i guess untuk solo2 mazmur, dari yang dulu2, tadi ini the bestnya aku sih soalnya nyanyinya pakai perasaan and ga terlalu kaku....SAYANg...tdk di rekam:(

Sari nyanyi Alleluya nya juga ok....i wonder tadi ada dari station tv mana tuh di bawah mimbar....hmmmm gotta search for some info about it.

Rupanya, tadi dilaporkan misanya di hadiri kurang lebih 920 orang....GEEZ!!

Setelah misa, kita Alicism latihan di bawah tangga ....maksudnya ALICE nya yang latihan untuk mazmur minggu depan...YAY!! Go girl!

And setelah itu, kita pergi makan jam 5an gitu, di resto korea jepun di city. Dengan gossip2 hangat seputar masalah orang2 aneh di choir itu, dari si A - Z dikupas habis...gak kerasa 1 jam 15 mins di sana...eheheh...

Capai banget hari ini kayaknya full on banget deh...dari pagi sampai malam...

Today's the first day im off from work...
Well not really off, i still have to work tonight, but it doesnt start until about 5pm tonight.

Since my first day at work last wed, i started early 10.30am - about 9pm except last friday only 5 - 9pm, considering im still in my trainning week until this week.

Luckily, this week's midd semester break from uni, so i can work for more than 20 hrs.
Started from monday this week 10.30am - 9pm
Tues: 10.30am-9.30pm
Wed: Asked for a break but start 5pm - about 9pm depends on how busy we will b tonight
And tomorrow working at UNIAIR in the morning 9am and continues to DHL at 5pm - about 9pm...FULL ON!!!

We are very much looking forward to Friday as its a public holiday (APEC 2007).
Oh having said APEC....my office is actually in front of the special airport for special jet to land in...(e.g Presidents, Hollywood stars, diplomats, etc).
Last night its a schedule for Mr Bush to touch down in Sydney for APEC. We 've been talking about that (people at work) and wanted to see it, as its very close to where we at.

Unfortunately, since Mond evening, the security people have put up a very high fence, covered with BLACK plastic in order to secure that area for Mr Bush to come so that no one is actually able to see him...
What A MAN!!!

Also, yesterday morning when i got in to the domestic airport, lots of security guards and intels there with APEC beigde
Last night, its said that Mr Bush landed 9.30pm and about an hour prior to that, so many helicopters around that area, securing from 'the sky'....

He's very very very important person...
Ashamed we couldnt see him hehehe

FEELING SO BLESSED....

Sometimes i think, "someone above's" so real for me (WELL, DID I SAY SOMETIMES????) yeah actually all the time!!!!

I remember, its not long ago, i was JOBLESS....and got nothing to do except Studying...and was thinking what im gonna do ?? im nearly 24yo, and most people in my age have already have carreer, ALSO having said that im kinda at the end of my UNI...

SHOULD START OFF SEARCHING FOR JOB...

Very often (a month ago) i sat down in front of computer for hours, looking for job...
Went to numbers of interviews, which i got it some and Didnt get some...

Working for different companies for only 1 or 2 days and then finished...

But in that situation, i never lost my faith....kept on searching and kept believing...

Until about 3 weeks ago, my agent said that DHL 's interested to hire me and wanted me to go there to have 2nd level of interview...

And then after that, i waited for about 2 weeks before heard them calling me to start the job and join them....

It all went very quickly, and sometimes..........*tears*....

hmmmmmmm

Anyways.....realising that now im already part of the big corporation...
Working with very nice people and bosses is the best feeling...

And they've been very supportive to me...as well as my bosses...

I have been there 1 week (tomorrow)...so far im doing great...
Started last wednesday with 60 docs that i did at the initial start day....and realising that tonight i did 203 docs....

and learnt lots of things....

Talked to my mum that God's so great, he gives me everything at the right time and place....NEVER LATE!!
And he has answered my prayers and gave me more than what i expected.....

BIG COMPANY, NICE PEOPLE, and The most important is the TIME TABLE perfectly matches with my uni timetable...:)
Now, no more searchingm, no need too much talks....gak perlu lihat kiri kanan....(but always aware of new opportubities) and keep on focussing to job and uni this time!! TUNJUKAN HASIL TERBAIKMU at the end of the day.... YAY!!

Longing for long time....from one interview to another interview in the morning, from one company to another company, from one website to another website....

The wait's over...FINALLY...the time comes...!!!
DHL offered me a position there. Its worth of waiting tho... and 'someone' above really gave me something the right time and place....I BELIEVE tHAT

1st level interview was very good....but the 2nd i felt abit hard as i didnt really 'sell' myself to the person who interviewed me at the DHL.

It took me about 4 weeks until they approved my application and offered the job.
This is a permanent job, but im still in probation time for three month...*finger's crossed*

Bit nervous on the first day. They took me to the meeting and introduce me to the people who work there. I felt very welcomed by them.

I think im the baby in that office.
The people are nice to work with and very 'mentoring'...

Today is gonna be my third day...everyday i always learn something new...and still waiting for the swap card, log in details for the computer, jacket, jas hujan, kaos kaki, sepatu, celana panjang, ikat pinggang, benie, hat...i hope ill get them by Tues next week...

Life's soooooooooooooooo good!!! and also the uni's been fantastic...
I feel more alive ...ehehhe

As someone who's studying marketing, i am more more more aware and kinda realise that there's no thing about BONUSES or anything like that.

I used to think WOW...its a nice of this company that it gives me some BONUSES ...BUT appearantly NO WAY!! They're all still getting profits out of that and its just the way of their marketing plans and such...

Tadi lagi jalan2, PAKAI SENDAL JEPIT.
Lalu di tengah jalan ada nih SALES guy gitu, pakai pakaian rapih, SUITS, TIE , etc...and Menghampiri aku, dengan senyumnya yang ramah bilang gini..."WOW...!! NICE SOCKS...!!"
and aku dalam hati (Huh?? SOCKS??? aku kan pakai sandal jepit?!?!) lalu aku bilang "WHAT??"
and dia bilang lagi "WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE SOCKS FROM??"

and aku bilang "I AINT WEARING ANY SOCKS"
And dia dengan santainya bilang gini sambil senyum "OK...My name is Shane..." (sambil menyodorkan tangan nya untuk salaman)

Kakak beradik ini sama2 lagi error...
Caecil lagi gemuk2nya...
Kelihatan banget waktu tampil bareng Minggu lalu nyanyi berdua sebagai bintang tamu (ADUH......Tan...jangan bintang tamu donk!) dengan Adolf di Wedding Partynya Tania. Wah ...............gemuknya *geleng2*...

Akhirnya ketahuan bahwa do'i lagi ikut program diet nih...LOL tadi siang aja lunch bareng, aku nya makan oporto, dianya makan nasi, ikan and sayur....Diet ya Jeng??

Ya udah yuk barengan yuk....kamu diet yang pakai program....aku diet yang jalan and olah raga...siapa yang paling cepat turunnya...
Aku kasih waktu 1 bulan, is that enough??

PAPSKY Vs MUMSKY

Aku adalah salah satu anak yang paling lucky di dunia. Punya an incredible family yang always be on my corner no matter what....
Kalau dibayang2kan, pengorbanan orang tua sampai sekarang itu tidak lepas dari salah satu factor keberhasilan ku sampai sekarang, PLUS, orang tua yang apart physically selama kurang lebih 4 tahun, di sana bokap kerja, di sini nyokap ngurus aku sampai nanti lulus....BUKAN MAIN...

Mereka dihubungkan dengan cinta yang luar biasa ........yang tidak ada duanya. Papsky, yang pagi2 sebelum berangkat selalu ke gereja dulu untuk mempersembahkan doa untuk keluarganya di Australia and meditasi selama at least 30 mins and penyerahan diri total kepada Bunda Maria....SETIAP HARI....

Mumsky, setiap bangun tidur, hal yang selalu dilakukan adalah DOA...at least 45 mins...
I guess...waktu mereka berdoa itu lah, CINTA nya di pertemukan di udara.....and mem BOND mereka berdua sampai saat ini...

Dad's one of the greatest MAN that i have ever known in my life....dah banyak orang juga yang bilang begitu. Jarang ada orang tua yang bisa berkorban sebegitu banyaknya. Dia dah gak perdulikan ttg dirinya, yang penting keluarganya di Australia berhasil....

Wow wow wow wow....
Salah satu finalist Aussie Idol 2nd season ini memang menakjubkan. I have always liked her since the day one. Though im not a big fan of her, tapi suaranya itu memang beda and has got something that would attract people's ears....Character suaranya yang berat and powerful membuat dia salah satu finalist yang masih survive sampai sekarang.

Kemarin, aku ke JB Hi Fi, and liat2 eh ada album barunya. Aku beli aja deh....padahal single2nya belum terlalu hingar bingar di Australia....seperti albumnya Kelly Rowland yang baru itu, kayaknya tidak terlalu BOOMING di Australia, tapi aku beli aja....and ternyata bagus banget....

Ini juga, lagu2nya Ricki Lee di album ini (aku enggak punya album 1nya loh), KEREN2...and suaranya memang udah grown up juga. Lebih mantaB....
Di album ini ada 12 lagu...and sekitar 10 lagu dari itu, AKU SUKA...
What a great album she has!!! Bayangkan, dari 12 lagu, 10 lagunya keren2...Jarang loh ....!!

Biasanya paling2 juga 3 - 4 lagu yang bagus, yang lainnya crap! Tapi ini...NO..NO...NO...

Enggak kerasa, 3 minggu semester break sudah di lalui dengan baik.
Aku spent times with friends and family a lot. That's the right time to reconnect with friends whom i hadnt seen for awhile before. And its good to catch up again and talk about things again and rebuild the friendship.
Wow!!!

Senin besok sudah masuk. And i feel good enough on my semester break, i put lots of efforts to look for job for my next step stones in my career, and i ended with three job offers right now and need to make a decision on Tues next week.

They're all good jobs, and i need to think and weight the pros and cons.
For that reasons, i took my time away from Sydney to Adelaide on Friday night and returned to Sydney this morning at 5am ...sampai di sini jam 8 pagi. Capek sih tapi lumayan.

Enggak terlalu banyak yang bisa di lihat di sana karena cuma untuk 1 setengah hari aja. 30% waktuku bisa dibilang habis di pesawat, karena perjalanan Syd - Adel itu memakan waktu tidak kurang dari 2 jam ...cukup melelahkan... Aku stay di hotel, spoiled myself dengan hal2 yang indah di sana. Lihat orang lalu lalang, and kenalan dengan seseorang juga yang kebetulan sendirian...heheh...yah flirting2 sedikit juga boleh lah just for fun, apart from that I caught up with some friends that i have been chatting to. Tujuan dari ini semua adalah JUST FOR FUN. Jadi apapun untuk melepaskan kepenatan and semua masalah....
We had a coffee somewhere in the hotel, and some friends even brought me out to see things.
Ada visit ka Sherly juga sebentar...i will definately visit there again. Belum puas.

By the way, Senin besok sudah mulai kuliah lagi deh...melanjutkan perjuangan yang sebentar lagi akan berakhir...
Im hoping that after this, i will be able to make a right decision for my job.

Heya guys...!

A guy in Sydney, with a fun sense of humor and a strong sense of self. Enjoy many activities and looking to meet people for friends who share similar interests and see where things go from there. I'm looking, not desperate, wanting, not needing. Tragically single, but moments in time (think James Blunt's "You're Beautiful") keep me going.

I enjoy thriller movies, comedy, music, sports, addicted to badminton lately (it's a cult), and music stuff. I'd like to think I'm a good person, far from perfect, but I always mean well :) Ideally, im looking to date, but sometimes life throws you someone simply irresistable ;)

I enjoy multiple types of music, jazz, pop, new age, and RnB. But I am definitely a thriller or action movie kinda guy. If someone's head explodes during the film, I'm a happy man (hence my reverence for all the "Scanners" films).

I honestly don't keep pictures of what is under my belt. I figure, if you want to see it, I should at least get dinner or a beer out of it first ;) ------ Please please please...those guys who already sent me or intending to send me message asking for one, you better go for somebody else oK...

I think that I am more photogenic in real life, but then again I'm sure many of us think that way. Maybe you can judge for yourself sometime.

I definitely don't take myself seriously. Neither do most other people LOL :)
I'm a happy and fun guy who lives in an extraordinary life. I love finest things in life.

Lastly, i like to live my life to the fullest......
